No Refund Policy

All purchases made on app.viralmarketingtools.in are final. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, we do not offer refunds once access to services or features has been provided.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• If a user is mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
• If the service purchased could not be delivered due to a verified technical error on our end.
• If the purchase was made fraudulently and reported within 3 days with valid evidence.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will apply to future billing cycles. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or months.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions mentioned above, please contact our support team within 3 days of purchase at support@viralmarketingtools.in with your order ID and details.

Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 working days

Chargebacks

We strongly discourage fraudulent chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your access to all tools and services will be permanently revoked and legal action may be taken.
